Effective November 7, 2026. What this site collects, why, who handles it for us, and how to have it changed or deleted.
Untrue Studio LLC, a California limited liability company, runs untruestudio.com. When this policy says “we”, it means us. Questions about it go to info@untruestudio.com.
The site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for anything other than the above.
A few companies process this information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We keep contact form entries and the correspondence that follows for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of our business dealings. We keep your newsletter address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, Resend keeps the address marked as unsubscribed so that you are not added back by mistake. Ask us to delete it and we will remove it entirely.
We do not track visitors across other sites, so the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
This policy covers untruestudio.com. A sales gallery we build and host for a developer collects information on that developer’s behalf, under the developer’s own privacy notice.
Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram or a client’s site, lead to pages under their own privacy policies.
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
